Are you all missing Vienna and Salzburg right now? haha... Anyway, great job for everyone of us... Our hardwork paid off, and we have achieved on the 6th July 2008,
1st place in the category "Symphonic Band" with excellent success,
Winner of the Summa Cum Laude Award of the City of Vienna in the category "Symphonic Band"
Woohoo!!!! You all deserve a pat on your backs... haha...
Anyway, I am just here to remind you that there will be no band practice this week, and Sinfonique practice resumes on 21 July... Which is next monday, 6.30pm at the bandroom... So please be there... haha...
Thats all... Hope you all don't have jet lag now... hahaha... Mine is killing me...

Clarinet section if you are not going for any sectionals or practices, please call me or message me to tell me why BEFORE the practice...
All I can say is I am very disappointed... I am sure all of you are young adults... So please behave like one... If you are not coming, tell me... I am sure in your secondary school you will tell your section leader automatically if you are not coming... So if a secondary school student can have that type of discipline, why don't poly students have it... Especially the year 1s... Some of you have never told me why you all did not appear for practice, ever yourself... I don't want to treat you all like some primary school kid, need to call you every practice to ask if you are coming or not...
Today's attendance was atrocious... ONLY 4 PEOPLE CAME??? And only Fahmi, Mabel and Angeline bothered telling me... What about the rest??? Let me just say this simply... YOU STOOD ME UP!!!! And I believe its not the first time too... You think I don't have projects and work? I have tons of projects to do too... But I still went for the sectionals... Why? Cause I thought all of you are going, and should not just throw you all aside 3 days before flying to Vienna... If you have alot of work, you could have told me... At least I know how many people is going, I can decide whether to cancel it or not, and do my project which is due tomorrow...
So, the bottomline is, if you are not coming, be it practice or sectionals, please tell me automatically... Not after I call you... And tell me why... At least I can account for your absence... I would greatly appreciate your kind gesture of courtesy...
